The Michael Robert Salon was founded in 1989 by Michael Delees and Robert Allen. In 2004, Michael turned his interest in the salon over to Robert and became an independent contractor.  After 32 years of salon ownership Michael now has more freedom and time to devote to his many other interests.

Robert Allen renamed the salon ColorTec in order to emphasize the salon's award winning expertise and world class reputation for hair coloring.
